For check in information, please see the welcome email or message that was sent to you one day before your check in date. For same day bookings, you’ll receive a welcome email shortly after your booking.

If you do not see a check-in email, please check your spam folder. 

Also, make sure you have already filled out the pre-arrival check in information request that was sent your way shortly after you made your reservation. Once it is complete, your check-in email will be sent out approximately one day before your check-in day. 

In the case of a same day booking, your check-in email will be sent out shortly after you complete your pre-arrival information request from us.
